We work with restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels and artisan food and drink producers across the UK, creating photography that helps their food, products and brands compete for attention.

JaxMore is the two of us, bringing different backgrounds, strengths and perspectives to every project.
We plan our work together and maintain the same approach to lighting, styling, composition and commercial purpose across everything we create. Depending on the scale and requirements of the project, your shoot may be photographed by one of us individually or by both of us working together.
For larger hospitality shoots, complex product work or projects with a lot to achieve in a limited time, having both of us on site means photography, styling and preparation can happen side by side. For smaller, more focused shoots, one photographer can deliver the same JaxMore standards without adding unnecessary cost.
Experience That Supports Your Brand
Julia spent more than 30 years in senior marketing roles, both agency-side and client-side. That experience means we look beyond making something beautiful. We consider what your customers need to see, what makes your food or product distinctive and how the finished images need to work across your marketing.
Adam brings over three decades of technical and project experience from the IT world, along with a background in high-end hospitality after training at Westminster Catering College. That combination helps us plan shoots carefully, solve problems as they arise and keep complex projects running smoothly.
Between us, there aren't many problems on a shoot that we can't find a way around. For our clients, that means experienced people making decisions throughout the day, adapting when something changes and keeping the photography focused on what the business actually needs.
Our work has been recognised by the British Photography Awards and the European Photography Awards, reflecting the same standards we bring to every client project. Our clients have also consistently rated JaxMore five stars on Google, based on their experience of working with us.
We photograph in our Derby studio and on location across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and the wider Midlands, with projects regularly taking us across the UK, including London.
For hospitality clients, we understand the practicalities of working around kitchens, chefs and service. With Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering certification, we can work safely and efficiently alongside your team while keeping disruption to a minimum.
For artisan producers and food and drink brands, our Derby studio gives us the time and control needed for products, packaging, bottles and more involved creative work. We can also shoot at your production space when the product, process or people behind it form part of the story.
Wherever we work, the aim is the same: to create photography that represents the quality you've invested in and gives you useful, consistent images for websites, menus, packaging, listings, social media, campaigns and print.

Julia Dallimore
Photographer, creative direction and business lead
Julia combines food and drink photography with over 30 years’ experience in marketing and creative direction. As director of KTBB Limited, she leads the business and brings a strong focus on styling, composition, brand positioning and the intended customer experience to every project.
Adam Jackson
Photographer, lighting and technical lead
Adam combines food and drink photography with a particular strength in lighting, technical execution and post-production. With more than 30 years’ experience in IT leadership and systems, he brings problem-solving and a disciplined workflow to each project, helping shoots run smoothly through to final delivery.
